• The discount applies to the lower-priced item in your cart.

• Free Travel Pouch:
  • A complimentary travel pouch will be included with the first order for subscribers only.
  • This offer is valid for new subscribers who place their first order during the promotional period.
  • The travel pouch will be automatically added to qualifying orders while processing.

4. Shipping

6. Returns and Exchanges

Refund Calculations for Returns:

1. If Both Items are Returned: The refund will be processed for both items based on the price paid for each (i.e., the full price of the first item and the discounted price of the second item).
2. If Only the Higher-Priced Item is Returned:
   • The refund will be calculated based on the sale price of the second (lower-priced) item, as it no longer qualifies for the discount.
3. If Only the Lower-Priced Item is Returned:
   • The refund will be processed at the discounted (50% off) price of the second item.

Example:

• Item 1 (Higher Price): £100
• Item 2 (Lower Price): £80 (discounted to £40 under this offer)
• If Item 1 is returned, the refund will be adjusted to £40 for Item 2.
• If Item 2 is returned, the refund will be £40.

General Conditions:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.

7. Additional Terms

• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
• The promotion applies to in-stock items only and is subject to availability.
• If an item in the promotional offer is returned, the discounted value of the second item will be adjusted accordingly.
